Question Example:
A staff member in the lunch room accidentally spills some milk on you while she is handing it to you. She says, “I’m so sorry!” and hands you a napkin. What should you do?
A. Yell. That was very rude of her.
B. Say, “That’s ok! Accidents happen.” Use the napkin to clean up.
C. Cry and leave the lunch room.
D. Tell her it’s fine, and then go to the principal and complain.
