Practice social thinking, problem solving, unexpected vs. expected behaviors, inside thoughts vs. things to say out loud, social scenarios, emotion identification, and more with this fun back-to-school-themed escape room! Students work their way through various school scenes and answer social skills questions to find clues. At the end, they use a hint and unscramble the clues to get the password to escape!
The return to school might be scary and challenging for some of our students who have been learning at home for the last year. Many students may have forgotten some of the common practices in the in-person school environment. This deck focuses on the “new normal” of school including wearing masks, social distancing, and general in-person topics that students have not been exposed to during virtual learning. Plus, it’s engaging and students will be motivated to participate!
